Our capabilities encompass audio-visual and digital signage, security, access control, CCTV, structured cabling and fibre systems, and building automation.
In recognition of our national growth, we seek an experienced Project Manager based in Christchurch with a positive attitude to oversee our largest clients. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Operations, this role will involve planning, managing, coordinating, and tracking our national projects with our key clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional services. The successful candidate will possess strong communication, planning, and interpersonal skills, enabling them to establish and maintain effective relationships with our operational team, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include assisting our sales, field staff, and contractors in delivering our solutions to clients.
Key duties include
- Planning and managing nationwide technology rollouts with our key clients
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, contractors, suppliers, and partners
- Coordinating the delivery of services across multiple locations and technologies
- Assisting in the administration of services to clients
- Keeping key stakeholders informed
- Reporting project progress both technically and financially
- Updating job status and processing claims/invoices
- Assisting in ensuring products are ordered and prepared for efficient delivery
- Job management and data entry
