Hardware service and support

We can work with you to customize a service and support contract to meet your requirements.  Teltrac can offer Service Level Agreements for clients that require that extra level of guaranteed service working with agreed response and resolution times, and 24 hour service 365 days a year.

If you have hardware that requires regular maintenance or inspections we can also build this into our service and support contract also to ensure you continue to get the most out of your investment.
