In 2017 work started on the new Nelson Airport. Fast forward to 2019 and the completed Nelson Airport has forecasted growth of 1.4 million passengers in 2035. The 5500sqm building’s structure is made of timber which presents a new unique set of challenges not seen on normal construction builds. The technologically advanced building has been designed to emulate its natural surroundings and is a great addition to the Nelson and Tasman region.
The Vodafone Innov8 building in Christchurch was a purpose-built facility in Christchurch’s new Innovation Precinct after the 2011 Earthquakes. The site was recognised as one of New Zealand’s most technologically advanced workplaces.

The first Telsa Showroom in New Zealand takes up a renovated site on Auckland’s Karangahape Rd. The site boasts a Telsa Showroom and the first Telsa Design Studio in New Zealand. As well as vehicles, Tesla’s Home Energy products are also on display.

A new dedicated ANZ Call and Operations Centre combines two facilities into one state-of-the-art 6,740 sqm location. With around 800 staff onsite the key philosophy behind the design was “what will attract people to come to work in 2025?” It offers the ability for staff to be technology-agile and gives freedom and flexibility in the spaces they work.
